This looks as though the mailman site list was created on a machine 
before it had its hostname and domain name sorted.

Check your DEFAULT_URL_HOST, DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST in 
$prefix/mailman/Defaults.py or mm_cfg.py and such are as planned and 
then use $prefix/bin/fix_url.py
