No help here.  I'm seeing the same thing with Mailman 2.1.4.  I see it 
working on another list using 2.1.5 and to me it seems to have the same 
configuration as the list on 2.1.4.

The Mailman 2.1.5 is on a webhost and 2.1.4 is on a dedicated server. 
That is the only difference I can see.

We have the same thing as you have above - the default, I think it is.

Very curious about this.
