[Mailman-Users] mailman usage - accepting all nonmember mail

Go to Privacy options...->Sender filters and set
generic_nonmember_action to Accept.

The above setting will do it. You could also put a pattern such as
 ^.*$
which will match any address in the accept_these_nonmembers list.
