[Mailman-Users] admin request waiting after web_page_url

If the mail still contains the old URL, it suggests the list
configuration still has not been properly changed.

In 2.0.x, check the lists/mylist/request.db file.  Perhaps
there is a permissions problem that is preventing Mailman
from modifying when you use the web interface.
