The "moderated post" notices (and other notices) are sent from Mailman
to the listname-owner address. When they are received back by Mailman,
they are resent to the actual owners and moderators.

If the listname-owner alias is not set in the MTA (or there is not some
equivalent MTA process) to pipe mail addressed to the listname-owner
address  to "$prefix/mail/mailman owner listname", the notices won't
be sent to the proper addresses.
