	There's not much you can do to fix hotmail.  They don't give you 
a whole lot of control over what they do to incoming mail that can be 
turned off.  They do give you some rudimentary filtering things you 
can add, but there's all sorts of stuff going on behind the scenes 
that you can't even see, much less stop.
