[Mailman-Users] Help a new user!

I've been left without much support by the person who set up my account, and need to send out some group emails today.  I can get to the Mailman site, but can't see anything (simple) that guides me to:

Find existing email addresses
Input new email addresses
Create and send an email to the list

Thanks for any help you can give me.
