[Mailman-Users] No moderator requests after 2.1.5 upgrade

In 2.1.4 at least, it works like this

The notice is sent from Mailman to listname-owner at ...

Aliases should pipe this back to
   $prefix/mail/mailman owner listname

Then it will be processed again by Mailman and sent to the actual
owners and moderators.

If aliases does not pipe the listname-owner address back to Mailman,
that could explain the problem.
