[Mailman-Users] Basic NewBIE Question

Hi All, thanks in advance for any help offered.

Could someone outline, step by step how to set up on a webpage a "subscribe to list" link.

I should explain further I can get the page made on the web and add the link, I just have no idea how to set up mailman to accept a message from a certain address and add that address to a mailing list.

Hope that makes sense, I want nothing more that all email sent to mylist at mmmm.com to be added to a list.
