[Mailman-Users] Subscribe with a e-mail and set passwort

Hi,

I have a php-script that subscribe people to a mailing-list.
With, php, i create a e-mail with the subject:

"subscribe anypasswort nodigest adress=anyadress at anywhere.any"

Then I get my confirm-E-Mail and I subscribe with the mailman-web-interface. 
That works fine, but when i get my welcome-message, i have a randomized 
password - not the password i sent with the subscribe-e-mail.

Any ideas?
