[Mailman-Users] Stopping all moderation

Is there a way of disabling any sorts of moderation for a list?

We run a lot of lists for classes, faculty, etc... They are set so only
members can post to it (and all others are rejected just fine.) However,
we also try to convince them to put attachments on web sites and just send
links to those files, so we have a size limit on messages.

However, I can find no way to reject those messages outright - they always
get sent for moderation and the poster gets a message saying it is being
considered. I would prefer it got dropped and the poster told the message
was too big.

Is there a simple way to do this? Or even a patch? Or a push in the
right direction to modify the source (guess I'll have to learn Python :)

Thanks!
