Hi all.

I just installed mailman and am trying to get it to work with exim.

I've followed the readme, configured exim and have created a test mailing list

When I try to send a message to the test list, exim logs the fact that it used
mailman_transport to deliver the message, but the mail doesn't arive.

The test list's name is "vpn." Here is a log entry from exim:

2004-09-01 19:29:57 1C2gQH-0002gQ-5S => vpn <vpn at dominion.diehlnet.com>
R=mailm
an_router T=mailman_transport
2004-09-01 19:29:57 1C2gQH-0002gQ-5S Completed

As you can see, exim seemed happy to use mailman_transport to deliver.

Here is the mailman_transport configuration:

mailman_transport:
        driver = pipe
        command = MAILMAN_WRAP \
                '${if def:local_part_suffix \
                {${sg{$local_part_suffix}{-(\\w+)(\\+.*)?}{\$1}}} \
                {post}}' \
                $local_part
        current_directory = MAILMAN_HOME
        home_directory = MAILMAN_HOME
        user = MAILMAN_USER
        group = MAILMAN_GROUP

The variable definitions were copy/pasted from the installation guide, into
the exim.conf file.

Since, I can't figure out how to get mailman to log it's progress, I don't
even know where to start.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
