[Mailman-Users] Extracting Membership List

I am administering Mailman version 2.1.5 lists via cPanel. 

Is there a way to extract a file of members that I could cut and paste into 
the "Mass Subscription" area for another list? 

Also, if such a utility exists, does it have filtering functionality?
