Oops...yet another blunder on my part caused by reading the message body as
if the subject were not providing part of the information.  With Outlook
Express, you're involved with the user's Security settings, among other
things.

Did this just happen to the problem user with the installation of XP Service
Pack 2?

Or has been told not to.  Are the list message bodies typically HTML on the
list in question?
