It looks like you have an Apache configuration problem.  It
looks like you may have an over aggressive Apache rewrite rule.
Try visiting
  http://www.cs.trinity.edu/mailman/admin/mailman/A
and you should be able to administer your list.

(But the real fix is to track down what is happening in your
Apache configuration.)
