[Mailman-Users] Moving a list from one server to another

I run a server with several mailman lists on 2.0.6. We have brought a
new server online with 2.1.4. I did a quick look at the faqs, but I did
not find a decent answer. I would like to be able to preserve both the
memberships and attributes of the lists if I could. Possibly a script
that would be the analog of dumpdb. I found that copying the config.db
(or more specifically the ~mailman/lists/<listname> directory is
somewhat problematical. Mailman does convert the config.db to
config.pck).

While the most appropriate way might be to list_members to a file of
digest and regular members, it does not preserve those subscribers who
are nomail (on 2.0.6 - it does on 2.1.4).
