To get a complete list of all addresses via the web, in a single
file you can download? No, that doesn't exist.
If you want to do that sort of thing, you either need to have
full privileged command-line access to the server where the mailing
lists are hosted (see
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.009.htp>),
or you need to see if you might be able to script the web interface
(see
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq03.053.htp>).
