[Mailman-Users] Authentication required?

Why is this happening? I tried searching the archives without success:

Exim logs tell me only this:

F=<lynn at siprelle.com> rejected RCPT <mob at lists.redmeadow.com>: 
authentication required

It was working fine until about 36 hours ago.
