	Sure.  You can do anything you want with cron, and there are a 
number of command-line utilities that Mailman provides which you may 
find useful in cron jobs (see 
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.009.htp>). 
However, the rest is up to you.
