[Mailman-Users] Qrunner Error

Mailman 2.1.5 on RedHat EL 3.0... Getting the following error, any

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:

Checked, that file really does not exist. Is there an outbound queue
database that can get corrupted?
