[Mailman-Users] Transfer Mailing lists

How can I transfer existing Mailing Lists to a new server with an 
upgraded version of Mailman.
I have it working on an older machine and have quite a few lists with 
alot of members etc.
I know one could probably get all you need from the archives but in 
terms of membership management etc....how can i ??
Any help is appreciated....im also new so please bear with me
