Actually,

I meant:

http://www.commoncents.net.au/cgi-bin/mailman/admin/test/

and I added

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/mailman /usr/lib/cgi-bin/mailman/

And

<Directory /usr/lib/cgi-bin/mailman>
        Options ExecCGI
</Directory>

And its still blank.
