[Mailman-Users] Editing confirm page

If you edit confirm.py - you get this message "Bug In Mailman"

I had to reinstall mailman

I would like to change the following:

1) header and footer
2) remove "Recieve digests?  Yes or No
3) prefered language
4) Cancel my subscription
