Hello, I finally was able to fix it. While delving into the server to see if anything would catch my eye I noticed that some of the ownerships were set to root so I chowned everything under archives/private to mailman:mailman and then ran bin/unshunt and it seemed to do the trick. :) Best wishes, Rae
