	In my experience, when you run into a problem like this, 
show_qfiles will just display the same error because it relies on the 
same Python routines to try to display the message, and the fault 
lies within the Python routines that are being used.

	This may not be a problem in this particular case, but it has 
happened to me pretty frequently.
