[Mailman-Users] template encoding problems (resolution)

Hi!

After successfully converting my web interface to utf-8, here is how  
I dealt with the templates:

in mailman/templates :

mkdir frutf8 # I'm interested in French
cd fr
for x in `ls`
do
iconv -f iso-8859-1 -t utf8 $x > ../frutf8/$x
done

check, and there all there is to do is

rm -rf fr
mv frutf8 fr

And there we are! Hope this can be useful to others.
