[Mailman-Users] attachments in archives have wrong extensions

I am battling a somewhat related problem.
I am trying to get mailman to save the attachment with the same file name as
attachment.
So, what is the syntax for
SCRUBBER_USE_ATTACHMENT_FILENAME_EXTENSION
Is it True/False or 1/0
I am using mailman 2.1.6
