[Mailman-Users] qmail setup question

Hi, I'm trying to set up Mailman on a Fedora Core 5 system running 
qmail. I'm using the current yum (rpm) package of Mailman.

The 2.1 Installation Manual says:

"Then make your aliases:
.qmail => mailman at ...’s letters
.qmail-owner => mailman-owner’s letters"

I can't parse this - can someone break it down for me? What does 
"mailman at ...'s letters" mean?
