[Mailman-Users] Remove banned poster

[Nick Trenary]

I have a list in which a frequent poster (who is not a member of the 
list) somehow has been banned from posting.  I need to restore his 
ability to post.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  Using 
2.1.7 on Mac OS X.
