[Mailman-Users] permission denied error on sending mails to mailinglist

This is what I have done:

I cd into my /usr/local/mailman directory.
Did a

chown mailman.mailman scripts
chown mailman.mailman /usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman
chmod 2755 scripts
chmod 2755 /usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman

But I still got the same error.
