If necessary (probably shouldn't be), set the correct
DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN in mm_cfg.py.

DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN = 'http://%s/mailman/'

is the default, and that should be correct.

Then run fix_url on all the lists - see
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.069.htp>.
