[Mailman-Users] Stopping Posts to mailman List

I have a spammer who's posting to mailman at domain.com.  Obviously,
the administration interface cannot be accessed for this list.  How
do I stop someone from posting to this list?  Also, I can't get rid
of the moderator requests for this list.
