You could try bin/dumpdb instead.

And removed by content filtering.

I would really like to understand why this is happening, but I'm not
sure if we can. Could you send me off-list one of the shunted .pck
files and copies of Mailman/Queue/Switchboard.py and scripts/post.
I'll see what I can determine.
