[Mailman-Users] Problem with non-digest mode

Hi there

I'm in the middle of trying to set up mailman.  I have everything
working except for the non-digest mode.

I have set up 3 test users.

If i subscribe users as digest and then send emails the emails are
sent out in digest at the relevant time.

If i subscribe users as non-digest, then send emails the email gets
added to the archive but is not sent out.

Any help on this matter would be greatfully received.
