[Mailman-Users] Archived html messages

When viewing the archive through the web interface
for an archived HTML message, the HTML MIME
attachment is separated ("scrubbed") to a separate
webpage.

A link is provided to view that webpage but the
HTML content, tags and all, has been modified to
display as plain text.  This is not very useful.

How does one change/configure Mailman to get these
archived HTML attachments to display as expected?
