[Mailman-Users] unsubsription problem

Hello;

The owner of one of our lists face with a problem.

When she tries to unsubscribe one of the member from the list,
(checks the unsub column, and pushes submit your changes button)

the following page occurs.

There is no problem for other lists.

When I checked error log,
there was some lines about this list such as following.
