Yes. See the first few paragraphs "UPGRADING FROM PREVIOUS VERSIONS" of
the UPGRADING document. That's really all that applies in a 2.1.5 to
2.1.9 upgrade.

Note that 2.1.10 final is expected to be released on April 21.
