Do you mean that the hostname in the above text is the IP as in
Overview of all 111.111.111.111 mailing lists?
If that's what you mean, that comes from the list's host_name attribute
("Host name this list prefers for email." near the bottom of the
list's General Options page.
If you mean the actual target of that link contains the IP, I don't
understand because this is generated the same way as all the other
links, e.g the "<listname> administrative interface" link right above
it.
