Those two lines were there.

Don't see this mentioned in the Defaults.py file.

> add_virtualhost(DEFAULT_URL_HOST, DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST)

Missed this being described in the Defaults.py file.

Thanks for pointing it out.  We'll see how far I get tomorrow.
