Something like:

Jul 19 23:14:14 2008 (9676) <message-id> smtp to <listname> for 208
recips, completed in 5.115 seconds

In this example, (9676) is the PID of OutgoingRunner and 208 is the
number of non-digest subscribers with delivery enabled minus those who
didn't get this message because of 'nodups' or 'not metoo'.
