[Mailman-Users] Mailman not speaking with MTA?

Which says the message was relayed to Postini. What happend to it after
that?

This is not a post. This is a Mailman generated message such as a
welcome message. It is not a post.

It looks to me like the mail never gets to Mailman. It is sent to
Postini (why?) and then what?
