I think Hank knows how to make it work, but I don't off hand.

If you are going to be running Mailman with Python 2.5+, you don't need
the Japanese and Korean codecs anyway because they're built in, so
edit the misc/Makefile. Change

PACKAGES= $(EMAILPKG) $(JACODECSPKG) $(KOCODECSPKG)

to

PACKAGES= $(EMAILPKG)
