I'm sorry, I don't speak Italian, although google translate gave me the gist. 

if you need help deciding which flavour of Ubuntu you want then you would be best asking on http://ubuntuforums.org/

If you want to know if it makes a difference to running mailman then I don't believe that the flavour does make any difference.
