[Mailman-Users] Messages Being Delayed

In case anyone ever runs into this, I finally figured it out.  Mail  
programs are considered expensive and by default sendmail has  
HoldExpensive set to true.  So I added this to my sendmail.mc file and  
re-compiled.  Messages are now delivered instantly.
