[Mailman-Users] What is the best way to avoid fake senders?

might not work in some cases (e.g. I write this email from a GMail
account with a rezo.net address)

What I do is route the list at server address to me, and use Bcc:
list-post at server when I send my emails. I also have moderation on,
just in case.
