presumably ran normally and removed somemember at someplace.edu from the
list. "-bash: nbsp: command not found" is the response to the "nbsp"
command. You need to give the command as
./remove_members icrc somemember at someplace.edu\
./remove_members icrc "somemember at someplace.edu "
./remove_members icrc 'somemember at someplace.edu '
