Worked out of the box for me:
./configure \
--prefix=/data/mailman \
--with-python=/opt/webstack/bin/python \
--with-cgi-gid=webservd \
--with-mailhost=mail.mydomain \
--with-urlhost=www.mydomain \
--with-gcc=no
Note that I have SunStudio, WebStack, and Postfix (built from source) on
this machine.
