All the above seems correct. What does your apache error log say? Is
this a SELinux issue?

And following that do you have
add_virtualhost(DEFAULT_URL_HOST, DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST)
> and POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS = ['$b.edu', '$b.edu'].
It is redundant to list the same domain twice in
POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS.
POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS = ['$b.edu']
is enough.
