[Mailman-Users] can't approve held messages

Do you mean you select 'approve' in the web admindb moderator interface
and click "Submit ..." and the messages remain in the moderator
interface?

If so, what exactly is the result when you click the Submit button?

If not, what exactly do you do and what happens?
