It would be a somewhat messy hack to Mailman/Handlers/SMTPDirect.py to
do it in Mailman. Depending on your MTA, you might be able to do it
there if you have the MTA do the VERPing.

these only address enabling VERPing in the MTA, not limiting the
domains to which it applies.
